Q: Which of your products is good for eczema, psoriosis, stretch marks, razor bumps, sunburn, scars & other skin irritation?
all of the products on this site are designed with very dry & sensitive skin in mind. the idea is that if something is able to heal even the most troubled skin, then surely it can work for everyone. whipped products are all natural & made to assist you in restoring your skin to health.
we'd recommend any of our items to help with the aforementioned ailments.
Q: When will the sold out product I'm interested in return?
- every wednesday is #whippedwednesday & the site should be fully restocked. if something is missing from the site altogether it may require more time or be something that is seasonal. what we have available will be on the site.
Q: I'm a new customer, what would you suggest?
Everything. We think every single item on our site is super awesome, so it will really depend on your personal interests. Do you want to work on your hair? Acne? Feet? Everything?
With whipped, sky's the limit.
Q: What should I use on my hair?
healthy hair growth depends on having both a healthy hair and scalp. When considering which products to buy, we highly suggest using both the hair butter & scalp therapy creme w/ tea tree oil. our hair butter will keep your hair moist and elastic, with great manageablity, while the scalp therapy will fortify your roots & stimulate growth while combatting any scalp dryness.
many customers will also enjoy our hair oil which contains all of the wonderful components of our butter without the heaviness that comes along with it. some will even prefer to use it in combination with the butters.

Q: Does the product stay whipped?
Yes, ideally it should. Most of the product's main ingredient is shea butter which has a 95 degree melting point. This is why it can be solid at room temperature yet melts right into your skin when rubbed in.
Nevertheless with proper storage this will stay in a whipped consistency for the duration of your usage. Keep it out of high heat and you should be all set.
Q: Which of your scents should I pick since I'm not sure how they smell?

Q: How often should I use these products?
Daily use is recommended, especially during shower time while your skin is still moist for the body butters.
Hair will depend on your specific hair type as more coarse hair might respond better to more frequent use. Everything else will depend on your own personal regimen, which will be best determined by you.
Q: Do you offer customizations?
Kinda. I'd love to be able to offer customizations but there just isn't enough time in the day. However the standard items that we offer are all made by hand in small batches so we're as close as it gets.
Q: Whats in this stuff? Is it safe for me and my baby?
Our products are made from natural ingredients of the best grade available. Imported shea butter from Ghana, vanilla from madagascar, and homegrown rosemary are just a few of the key components here designed to upgrade your moisture level. Products will be safe for both you & your baby, as well as anyone else with sensitive skin.
I do caution you to opt for unscented product when available and to read ingredients list to note any allergies.
Q: Do you test on animals?
The products are all natural & we're far to ethical to even consider messing with our furry friends. Products do however go through a series of quality tests on humans (who are also animals you know) just to be sure you're presented with the best we've got.
Q: Are products sold by weight or volume?
Products are sold by volume. We'll do our best to fill the jars to maximum capacity without compromising the swirly appearance. Beyond that, products are sold by the jar size, not the weight.
